At Elleglo, we want you to feel confident shopping with us. While most of our products ship directly from our international partners, we offer a clear and fair refund policy:

1. Refund Eligibility

If your order has not arrived within the promised timeframe, you are eligible for a full refund.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will issue a refund or send a replacement.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Returns due to change of mind or dislike of the product are not eligible.

Items cannot be returned to our warehouse due to international shipping restrictions.

3. Refund Process

Once approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

4. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, as processing begins immediately.
